10. All chain deed Certify copy.
11. RS & LR Khatian Certify copy.
12. Updated khazna receipt check.
13. Panchayat/Holding tax receipt check.
14. Conversation certificate (if present).
15. LR record verification in Banglarbhumi.
16. Registry search online in wbregistration.
17. Query (executed or not ask, both the party mobile number.
18. 2 Paper publication minimum 7 days before the registry.
