3. Valuation of property (as per area real market price).
4. Bainanama (if required).
5. Site map by Govt Amin.
6. Verification of Original deed of seller. Verification for eligibility for loan.
7. Death certificate of deceased or magistrate affidavit for lack of relevant documents.
8. Same person magistrate affidavit.
9. Legal heirs certificate or magistrate affidavit.
10. All chain deed Certify copy.
11. RS & LR Khatian Certify copy.
12. Updated khazna receipt check.
13. Panchayat/Holding tax receipt check.
14. Conversation certificate (if present).
15. LR record verification in Banglarbhumi.
16. Registry search online in wbregistration.
